Founded in 2005, Hay Yapı is completing its 114-unit Menemen project and preparing a new Çiğli development with 264 homes and commercial units.

Our group company Hay Yapı continues its residential investments in İzmir’s northern corridor. Founded in 2005, the company has brought Deluxe Kuzey, a project comprising 114 independent units in Menemen, to the completion stage.
The company’s next investment is located in Çiğli. The development is planned to include 264 homes as well as commercial units.
Alongside residential development, Hay Yapı is active in PVC window systems and fuel-station investments. The group’s multi-sector structure creates an integrated supply chain extending from building-material production to on-site application.
