The Hay Yapı Group is made up of three companies: one builds the structure, one manufactures the systems that go inside it, and one serves the road. All three are headquartered in İzmir and their fields complement one another.

It produces PVC and aluminium windows, doors and sliding systems at its plant in Menemen as a Fıratpen manufacturing dealer.
- 03Fuel and roadside services
Hay Yapı Akaryakıt
It runs four stations in İzmir and Manisa in partnership with Petrol Ofisi, offering fuel, LPG and charging services.

The founding company of the group. Since 2006 it has built housing and commercial buildings in İzmir and Manisa in line with the earthquake code; on-time delivery and customer satisfaction are the two principles the company sets for itself.

Building systems manufacturing
The manufacturing arm of the group. PVC and aluminium windows, doors, sliding and guillotine systems are produced at the plant opened in Menemen in 2017; the company holds Fıratpen manufacturing dealer status.

The production range covers the Selenit 75, Garnet 70, Redonit 85 and Elegance 80 series together with Hebeschiebe and guillotine systems. A seven-chamber profile design targets thermal insulation and a triple-gasket build up to 42 dB of sound insulation; the profiles are 100% recyclable.
