We deliver cement, clinker and ground granulated blast furnace slag sourced from reliable Turkish producers to international markets. Producer selection, technical compliance, logistics planning and export operations are all managed from a single point.

Our own production base
At the centre of our long-term vision is building our own production infrastructure. Through the cement plant investment we are planning, we will turn the market knowledge, customer relationships and international trading network we are developing today into the production strength of tomorrow.

Port, freight and customs planning begins the moment an order is placed; the customer’s site and sales programme sits at the centre of our shipping calendar.

Four bodies support and oversee our work: the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee.
Board of Directors
- Sets the company's strategic direction and oversees progress toward its key objectives.
- Delegates authority to its members or to the executive team where needed.
Executive Committee
- Executes the strategic plan, the annual budget and the investment programme.
- Reports results to the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
Audit Committee
- Monitors the accuracy of financial reporting and the internal control system.
- Oversees the effectiveness of the independent audit process.
Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee
- Tracks compliance with governance principles and the code of ethics.
- Reviews environmental targets and the carbon roadmap.

Hay Yapı İnşaat A.Ş.
Construction
The founding company of the group; it develops housing, commercial buildings and fuel station projects in İzmir and Manisa.
Hay Yapı Metal A.Ş.
Building systems manufacturing
It produces PVC and aluminium windows, doors and sliding systems at its plant in Menemen as a Fıratpen manufacturing dealer.
Hay Yapı Akaryakıt
Fuel and roadside services
It runs four stations in İzmir and Manisa in partnership with Petrol Ofisi, offering fuel, LPG and charging services.
